On uncertainty

Many of the most rewarding aspects of life require a leap of faith.

We tend to fear so much, imagining worst case scenarios.

Three fundamental facts to a good life:

1. When the right decision is unclear, just make a choice. It’s likely going to work out fine regardless.

2. When presented with a great opportunity, just take it. You’ll figure it out.

3. When in an uncomfortable social situation, just be your honest self. Rejection is rare and social ruin highly improbable. The worst that can happen is rarely something worth fretting over.
